Brake Meter Belt Conveyor

The CASI Soild Gap 9120 is a heavy duty brake meter belt conveyor that provides a controlled product release and generates gaps between closely spaced products or cartons. The carton gapping system consists of one or more belt conveyor that can operate at different speeds. Normal carton gapping operation is to have two belts with the first gapping conveyor operating at a slower speed to set the though put rate, while the second belt creates the necessary product gap.

The Solid Gap 9120 is very flexible carton metering system and comes with individual VFD control for each conveyor providing the maximum flexibility in a product gapper. Other uses include merge control, sorter induct gap control, checkweigher product spacing, and more.
