CASI 851-SS Harsh Environment Checkweigher

The CASI 851-SS is a NEMA 4X washdown checkweigher designed for harsh environment use. The 851-SS checkweigh system is a stainless steel system that utilizes the CASI Core NEMA 4X system controller. It is compatible with all checkweigh rejects and utilizes a familiar Windows 7 interface and voice commands in English, Spanish, French and German. Data logging is provided as a standard offering with Checkweigh Manager in an easy to export tab delimited format. Security for your data is provided by a three level login system.

All control is delivered from the rugged CASI Core NEMA 4X industrial PC for standalone or integrated applications such as labeling or sortation. CASI washdown controllers use solid state data storage, an optional touchscreen HMI, and programming and network flexibility only a Windows 7 OS can deliver.
The CASI Core offers standard Ethernet or serial output Other options include DeviceNet, Profibus, Modbus and Ethernet/IP.

Specifications

The standard CASI 851-SS in-motion scale ranges from 12 inches in length to 30 inches with scale width from 8 inches to 24 inches. Custom sizes are also available with additional lead time. Standard product weight range from. 1 to 25 lbs. with custom product weight range also available. Resolution for the CASI 851-SS is 0.001 lb with accuracy to 0.01 lb. depending on application.
